Labels to Connect Two Main Forces Influencing the Workforce

We are launching two more labels into our portfolio of Learning, Course, and Job Labels. Task and Project Labels are a way for companies to plan, strategize and forecast future work and then manage their typical workflow, personnel and automation. These labels build on the design and layout and skill definitions and quantifications of the established labels. Four intentions include:

  • They are not only readable, but also recognizable and ubiquitous. (Each label is accessible on any device, screen size, or platform.)
  • They use the same Skill Definitions for learning, jobs, tasking, and projects.
  • They use the same Skills Points algorithm and factor inputs.
  • They use supporting context – standards, credentials, and descriptive fields – to balance quantitative data with qualitative information.

With the addition of these labels, we connect two main forces influencing the workforce: post-secondary (learning and course labels) and corporations (job, project and task labels). Furthermore, with Job Futures and Skills Based Approach, we also provide a platform for learners and job seekers to engage.

There are so many ways we plan to advance our portfolio of five labels with corporations to “Generate Hires”. See our website for catalogs of actual labels and label templates.
